Trelawny, Edward John

scrittore inglese (Londra 1792-Sompting, Sussex, 1881). Raccontò con vivace inventiva le proprie avventurose esperienze in marina: Adventures of a Younger Son (1831). Fu con P. Shelley e lord Byron in Italia e poi in Grecia con Byron, che ricordò in Recollections of the Last Days of Shelley and Byron (1858, riedito nel 1878 col titolo Records of Shelley, Byron and The Author).
